At GOLFX, we want to ensure a seamless and enjoyable experience for all our valued customers. Our terms and conditions are designed to provide clarity on various aspects of our services. Please take a moment to familiarize yourself with the following policies:

Accuracy of Information : The copy of the form will be processed solely based on the provided information. Any consequences resulting from incorrect details will be the user’s sole responsibility. Please carefully verify and review all information before submission to ensure accurate processing.

Assumption of Risk : Activities associated with indoor golf ranges can, at times, involve risks of injury, property damage, and other dangers. By using the indoor simulator with GOLFX, guests acknowledge that they will assume all risks of damages or injury, including death, resulting from participating in activities associated with GOLFX. GOLFX will not be liable for any personal injuries or loss of life to any person, whether that loss, damage, or personal injury is caused by any person’s negligence or otherwise.

Cancellation Policy : If you are unable to attend your lesson, kindly inform us via +65 8784 1365. Please make sure to cancel your lesson at least 24 hours before the scheduled start time. Failure to do so will result in a deduction of your lesson credit(s).

Coach Policy : Once you have confirmed and purchased a trial lesson or/and lesson package with a Coach, it is important to note that you are not allowed to change the Coach. Should you wish to attend lesson(s) with another Coach, a separate package purchase will be required.

Expiry Dates : All lesson packages have expiry dates. Upon purchase, the activation of your package(s) will begin immediately, allowing you a dedicated time frame to make the most of your credits.
• Practice Credits : 1 practice (1 mth) / 10 practice (6 mths) / 25 practice (12 mths) / 50 practice (18 mths) / 100 practice (24 mths)
• Individual Lesson Credits : 10 lessons (4 mths) / 20 lessons (9 mths) / 50 lessons (18 mths)
• Group Lesson Credits : 5 group lessons (3 mths) / 10 group lessons (6 mths)

Extension Requests : Credit extensions are subject to approval and must be requested prior to the expiration of your package. When submitting your request, please include all necessary documentation supporting travel or medical circumstances that prevented you from utilizing the package. If your package has already expired, you may purchase a new package within three (3) months of the expiration date to reactivate your unused credits. After this timeframe, any remaining credits will be forfeited. To avoid losing your credits, we encourage you to plan accordingly and purchase the appropriate package.

Facility Usage : By using the facility, you agree to be responsible for any property damage caused during your session. We are not liable for any damage, and each bay is for single-person use only. Sharing is not allowed. Please refrain from hitting balls at the bays unless the simulator machines are turned on and ready for use. Only use drivers off the tees; hitting irons, hybrids, or fairway woods can cause damage. Your compliance with these rules is essential for a safe and enjoyable experience.

Late Arrival Policy : To ensure efficient scheduling and fairness to all customers, your lesson(s) will be conducted based on the booked timing with your Coach. No extensions will be provided for late arrivals. For instance, if a lesson is scheduled from 12:00 pm to 12:30 pm, it will end at 12:30 pm, even if the student arrives late.

Lesson(s) : To maximize your learning experience, please ensure you arrive at least 10 minutes before your scheduled lesson to complete check-in and necessary preparations. This also applies to group lessons, where all members must attend together. If a member is absent, their credits will still be deducted. Payment for the package(s) must be made to secure your lesson booking(s). Be sure to have sufficient lesson credits for advance lesson bookings.

Refunds Policy : All packages are strictly non-refundable. Once payment has been made, no refunds will be allowed.

Sharing of Lesson Packages : For the benefit of individual progress, lesson packages are intended for individual use only. Sharing of packages among customers is not allowed.
