At GOLFX, we want to ensure a seamless and enjoyable experience for all our valued customers. Our terms and conditions are designed to provide clarity on various aspects of our services. Please take a moment to familiarize yourself with the following policies:

Accuracy of Information :

All forms will be processed strictly based on the information provided by the user. Any consequences arising from incomplete or incorrect details shall be the sole responsibility of the user. Please ensure that all information is thoroughly reviewed and verified prior to submission to facilitate accurate processing.

Assumption of Risk :

Activities conducted within indoor golf facilities may involve inherent risks, including injury, property damage, or other hazards. By using the indoor simulator at GOLFX, guests acknowledge and accept full responsibility for all risks of damage or injury, including death, that may arise from participating in activities associated with GOLFX. GOLFX shall not be held liable for any personal injury, loss of life, or damage to any person, whether caused by negligence or otherwise.

Cancellation Policy :

If you are unable to attend your scheduled lesson, please cancel it through the GolfX App or contact us at +65 8784 1365 at least 24 hours in advance to avoid credit forfeiture. Cancellations made within 24 hours will result in the deduction of the lesson credit(s).

Coach Policy :

Once a trial lesson and/or lesson package has been confirmed and purchased with a specific Coach, changes to the assigned Coach are not permitted. Should you wish to take lessons with another Coach, a separate lesson package must be purchased.

Expiry Dates :

All lesson packages are subject to expiry. Package activation begins immediately upon purchase, and credits must be utilized within the designated validity period:

Practice Credits:
• 10 Practices (6 months)
• 25 Practices (12 months)
• 50 Practices (18 months)
• 100 Practices (24 months)
Individual Lesson Credits:
• 10 Lessons (4 months)
• 20 Lessons (9 months)
• 50 Lessons (18 months)
Group Lesson Credits:
• 5 Group Lessons (3 months)
• 10 Group Lessons (6 months)

Extension Requests :

Credit extensions are subject to approval and must be requested before the package expiry date. Supporting documentation (e.g., medical or travel documents) must be provided.
If a package has already expired, a new package may be purchased within three (3) months of the expiry date to reactivate unused credits. Any unused credits remaining after this period will be forfeited.
We encourage customers to plan their schedule and package selection carefully to avoid the loss of credits.

Facility Usage :

By using the facility, you agree to take responsibility for any property damage that may occur during your session. To ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all guests, please note that each bay is designated for single-person use only and sharing is not permitted.

For your safety and to protect our equipment, kindly avoid hitting balls unless the simulator system is fully powered on and ready.

We appreciate your cooperation and understanding in helping us maintain a safe and pleasant environment for everyone.

Late Arrival Policy :

Lessons will proceed according to the scheduled appointment time. No extensions will be provided for late arrivals. For example, a lesson scheduled from 12:00 pm to 12:30 pm will conclude at 12:30 pm regardless of the student’s arrival time.

Lesson(s) :

To ensure an optimal learning experience, students are advised to arrive at least 10 minutes before their scheduled lesson for check-in and preparation.
For group lessons, all members must be present; absence by any member will still result in credit deduction.
Lesson bookings will only be confirmed upon receipt of payment, and students must maintain sufficient credits for advance bookings.

Refunds Policy :

All packages are strictly non-refundable. Once payment has been made, no refunds will be issued.

Sharing of Lesson Packages :

Lesson packages are intended for individual use. Sharing between customers is not permitted; however, packages may be shared with immediate family members. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in helping us maintain a smooth and consistent learning experience for all students.
